Bama Coast Cruisin'
Turning a split spring-and-fall site into one cinematic home for both shows.
bamacoastcruisin.euphemios.com

The engagement
Bama Coast Cruisin' is a free, family-friendly, twice-yearly car cruise at The Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama, produced by McLean MotorSports Productions, LLC. This ground-up redesign demo shows the event organization what a unified, modern website could be; it is a pitch, not an adopted client engagement.
01
The challenge
The original WordPress and Elementor site starts with a pick-your-event splash page, then splits spring and fall across two roughly 350KB mega-pages that duplicate the schedule, FAQ, gallery, about, and team content. The fork makes the event information hard to follow.
02
The approach
We rebuilt the experience as a static ten-route demonstration with one brand home for both shows, including the fall edition presented by O'Reilly Auto Parts at Orange Beach Freedom Fest. The scroll-driven design uses the event's red and navy palette, GSAP ScrollTrigger, and Lenis while preserving every scraped sentence verbatim and sending every transactional action to the organization's live forms.

Scope of work
- Ground-up redesign demonstration unifying the spring and fall shows beneath one brand home
- Ten-route information architecture replacing the duplicated seasonal mega-pages
- Cinematic scroll direction in the event's red and navy palette
- Verbatim content migration with external registration, VIP parking, vendor, and contact paths
- Static export, mobile navigation, reduced-motion fallback, and automated fidelity QA
04
What we delivered
- Ten statically generated routes for one unified event website
- Responsive cinematic experience with a drawer navigation verified at 390px
- Complete static fallback for visitors who prefer reduced motion
- Automated gate covering 127 verbatim blocks, 457 links, and 371 images
- 190 migrated media assets with no demo payments or stored visitor data
- 01
Visitors can reach both shows from one brand home instead of choosing between duplicated seasonal mega-pages.
- 02
All ten routes are statically generated, and the deployed demo was verified at 390px with no horizontal scroll.
- 03
Every sentence scraped from the live site is asserted verbatim against the built HTML in CI.
- 04
Registration, VIP parking, vendor, and contact calls to action stay on the organization's live forms; the demo takes no payments and stores no data.
