The engagement
The Florida Paddling Trails Association maintains one of the state’s deepest public paddling resources: hundreds of trail, launch, segment, editorial, contact, and store pages. Euphemios rebuilt the 364-page corpus as a fast, searchable platform while using automated checks to preserve every route and source text.
01
The challenge
The site brought together 1,100+ mapped trails, legacy member tools, store content, and dense regional navigation. A redesign had to improve discovery and mobile use without breaking inbound links, flattening local knowledge, or silently changing the association’s public record.
02
The approach
We preserved the content and route structure first, then organized editorial pages and trail data into reusable templates. Automated fidelity and link checks protected the archive while the Blueway design system improved search and regional browsing and demonstrated future paths for membership and commerce.
