The engagement

Wheels from the Heart envisioned a platform for documenting, reviewing, and publishing impact evidence with clear privacy controls. Euphemios assessed the existing experience, created a safe comparison replica, and translated its intended workflows into a phased, security-first implementation roadmap.

01

The challenge

Before a new team could extend the platform, stakeholders needed a reliable baseline: what the current experience already demonstrated, what still required production infrastructure, and which product and policy decisions had to be made. With no source handoff, every conclusion had to be supported by observable evidence and clearly separated from inference.

02

The approach

We documented all 24 routes at desktop and mobile sizes, traced observable behavior and network activity, and labeled every finding as confirmed or inferred. We then built an original replica with synthetic data and converted the trust model—evidence, consent, redaction, audit, and publication—into a role-scoped architecture, phased delivery plan, and six-decision stakeholder sign-off packet.

03

Scope of work

  • Evidence-led assessment of routes, interactions, responsive behavior, and network activity
  • Original responsive comparison replica with synthetic data
  • Trust, consent, evidence, redaction, audit, and privacy-boundary modeling
  • Cloudflare-native architecture, phased roadmap, and stakeholder decision packet

04

What we delivered

  • Auditable evidence pack across 24 routes and two viewports
  • Original runnable comparison replica using synthetic portal data
  • Confirmed-versus-inferred findings and explicit handoff gap register
  • Role-scoped data and API blueprint for secure trust operations
  • Six-decision product, privacy, and policy sign-off document

05

The result

  1. 01

Stakeholders gained a verified baseline separating demonstrated front-end behavior from the infrastructure required for production.

  2. 02

The original replica provides a safe handoff and comparison surface without presenting recovered code or synthetic records as production source.

  3. 03

Security, privacy, and business-rule unknowns became explicit decisions with recommended defaults and a phased path to implementation.

  4. 04

A future delivery team can begin from a role-scoped intake-to-publication blueprint instead of repeating the discovery work.
