The engagement
Euphemios LLM Wiki is an internal knowledge system built around the federated Obsidian vault euphemios-brain (BRAIN-001). It combines the brain CLI, executable gates, source-record indexing, URL registers, launchd-fed monitoring, and a Vowen dictation pipe into one auth-walled operating layer.
01
The challenge
The work needed to make a growing body of private operating knowledge useful to agents and humans without treating memory as folklore. Pages, sources, URLs, automation feeds, and dictation had to stay traceable and testable, while the live atlas remained behind authentication and unsuitable for public screenshots.
02
The approach
The system was organized around source-backed records first: the brain CLI enforces 11 executable gates and a 32-case selftest, while the wiki holds about 390 pages, 721 sha256 source records, and a 10,572-row URL register. P2 wave one put Drive changes, intake watcher, and weekly lint feeds on launchd with a metered $50/month cost gate, so the knowledge base can keep itself honest without turning into an unmanaged automation bill.

Scope of work
- Federated Obsidian vault architecture for the euphemios-brain knowledge base
- brain CLI with executable gates, selftests, and source-record handling
- Source-backed wiki pages, sha256 record tracking, and URL-register maintenance
- P2 wave-one launchd feeds for Drive changes, intake watcher, and weekly lint
- Vowen dictation pipe feeding the same private knowledge workflow

What we delivered
- Auth-walled atlas for internal knowledge retrieval
- brain CLI with 11 executable gates and a 32-case selftest
- About 390 wiki pages backed by 721 sha256 source records
- 10,572-row URL register for traceable source and link management
- launchd-managed monitoring feeds with a $50/month metered cost gate
- Abstract portfolio cover instead of a live screenshot of the private atlas
- 01
The internal wiki became an operating system for memory rather than a folder of notes.
- 02
Agent-facing knowledge now has executable checks, source hashes, and URL inventory instead of relying on recall.
- 03
The first P2 automation wave is live on launchd while staying bounded by an explicit monthly cost gate.
- 04
Dictation, source records, wiki pages, and URL registers now flow into the same private knowledge loop.
