Deep Sea Detail
A woman- and veteran-owned mobile detailing business in Orange Beach went from a Facebook page to a premium website with a quote-request intake in one week, in time for a community festival where its nonprofit partner was giving away a car.

Deep Sea Detail is Hailey Murray and Louis Williams's mobile detailing business serving Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and South Baldwin County, Alabama: cars, trucks, boats, RVs and fleets, detailed wherever the vehicle sits. The business ran on Facebook messages and text bookings, had no website, and was about to share a tent with Wheels From The Heart at Orange Beach Freedom Fest. The engagement delivered the site, a lead-capture form wired to the owners' own Google account, a brand standards document, and the QR code for the event flyer.
01
The challenge
Everything the business had lived in an octopus seal drawn by a co-owner, a printed price sheet whose photos were stock, and a Facebook page. The site had to feel premium and exclusive without inventing anything: no prices, since the owners were repricing; no testimonials, since the reviews were private; and no stock imagery. The flyers with the QR code were printing within days, so the domain and the intake page had to be final before the build was done.
02
The approach
The seal, wordmark and tagline were traced into clean vectors from the client's own artwork and left exactly as drawn, and a palette of Gulf navy, sea glass and sand was built around them with a display italic that echoes the wordmark. One hundred twenty-two photographs of real jobs were harvested from the public Facebook page and curated into exteriors, RV work, interiors and honest before-and-after pairs. Services are presented as three tiers with what each includes, every tier ending in a quote request. A community partners page gives Wheels From The Heart and the Freedom Fest offer their own space, and a dedicated landing page receives the flyer's QR code with the offer preselected in the form.

Scope of work
- Eight routes at clean URLs: home, services, service area, about, community partners, request a quote, a Freedom Fest landing page for the flyer QR code, and privacy
- Brand system: the client's octopus seal, wordmark and tagline traced into vectors, three lockups, favicon set, share card, palette, type and a published standards page
- Quote-request intake: a Google Apps Script and Sheet backend contract with acknowledgement and notification email, and a phone-and-email fallback when no endpoint is configured
- Photo library: the business's own job photography harvested from its public Facebook page and curated with alt text and provenance
- Release gate: content, link, token, image and HTML-size checks against the built pages plus Playwright verification at 360, 390 and 1440 pixels, run verbatim in CI
